Welcome to Robonine! These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services and your purchase of our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Robonine,” “we,” “us,” “our” — ROBONINE CORP., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States (file number 10570880), with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA.
  • “Site” — the website robo9.ru, including its mirror robo9.ru and all content and functionality offered through them.
  • “Products” — the physical goods we sell, including educational robotics kits and accessories.
  • “Services” — all services and digital content we provide, including online courses and learning materials.
  • “User,” “you” — any individual who accesses or uses the Site or purchases Products or Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors may use our Products and Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and remains responsible for their use.

3. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site, and will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to place orders or access online courses. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account used in violation of these Terms. If you sign in using your Google account, your use of Google’s services is governed by Google’s own terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only. You will not:

  • Transmit any harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or interfere with its operation.
  • Use the Site to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Circumvent any access or usage restrictions, including those on paid content.

6. Products, Orders, and Pricing

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that they are complete or error-free.
  • All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error — in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
  • For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe); the payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. By submitting an order you authorise us, through the processor, to charge the full order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes. We never receive or store your full card details. We may run reasonable anti-fraud checks before accepting an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss of or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or missing items to us within 14 days of delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return a Product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Unless the Product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned Product.
  • If a Product arrives defective or damaged, contact us at hello@robo9.ru and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; for digital content, this right lapses once you begin accessing the content with your prior consent.

10. Digital Content and Online Courses

When you purchase or are granted access to an online course or other digital content, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own learning or that of your child or your students. You may not share account access, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials. We may update course content over time and may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

11. Product Safety

Our Products are educational electronics kits intended to be assembled and used by children only under adult supervision. Kits contain small parts and electronic components. Follow the assembly and usage instructions supplied with the Product, use only the recommended power sources and accessories, and keep components away from very young children. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the instructions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Robonine and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or on a product page, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that applies to you by law and cannot be waived, including statutory warranties for consumers in the EU and the UK.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robonine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, Services, or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Robonine harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, Services, or Products, except to the extent caused by our own fault.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights.

17. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and Robonine regarding the Site and your purchases.
  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
