This website, robo9.ru (also available to visitors in Russia at robo9.ru) (the “Site”), is operated by ROBONINE CORP. (“Robonine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States (file number 10570880), with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it when you visit the Site, purchase our products, or use our online services. For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, Robonine Corp. is the data controller of your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account with your permission.
  • Order information: billing and shipping name, postal address, email address, phone number, and details of the products you purchase.
  • Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email, and your email address when you join a product waitlist or subscribe to updates.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, language, pages viewed, access times, and the referring page. This information comes from server logs and from the cookies described in Section 5.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never received or stored on our servers; we receive only a confirmation of the transaction and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes (with the corresponding legal bases under the EU/UK GDPR, where it applies):

  • To process your orders, arrange delivery, and manage your account (performance of a contract).
  • To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notifications (performance of a contract).
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support (performance of a contract; legitimate interests).
  • To improve our Site, products, and services (legitimate interests).
  • To send you newsletters or promotional materials where you have agreed to receive them; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

Robonine Corp. is a U.S. company, and our web servers are operated by a hosting provider in the European Union. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data of EEA or UK residents outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to countries covered by an adequacy decision.

If you reach the Site via robo9.ru, your connection is routed through a proxy server located in Russia for performance reasons; your data continues to be stored on the same servers as for all other visitors.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

  • Order and invoice records — for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to keep them.
  • Account data — until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
  • Contact-form messages and support correspondence — up to two years after the matter is resolved.
  • Server logs — for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information or ask us to delete it.

9. Children's Privacy

Our products are designed for children to use under adult supervision, but the Site and our online store are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Orders must be placed by a parent, guardian, or other adult. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@robo9.ru and we will delete it.

10. Security of Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption of all traffic to the Site, restricted access to systems that store personal data, and keeping payment-card processing entirely with our PCI DSS–compliant payment processor. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
